Meet the Team

Jayde Black, MBA / President

Jayde is a highly efficient leader with experience managing multiple teams of employees while planning and maintaining work schedules and updating procedures and policies while performing customer service activities, accounts receivable, billing and payroll duties. 

Jasmine Bellow, BA / Vice President

Jasmine is a results-oriented manager with experience managing commercial and residential facilities and property management operations.

She supports all account managers within the Facilities Management Team, LLC account portfolio across California.

Property

We offer a full suite of property management tools to investors, commercial facilities and healthcare corporations. Let us do the work so you can relax knowing your property is in great hands.

Facilities Management

  We oversee the maintenance, operation, and construction of buildings and other infrastructures. Our professional team members manage cleaning and repairs, negotiating contracts with service providers, coordinating safety inspections and renovations, and planning and organizing projects. 

Other Professional Services Offered

  • Analyze financial data including expenditure reports, revenue data and employee reports.
  • Develop solutions or alternatives to the current state.
  • Recommend new methods, systems, procedures or organizational changes.
  • Make these recommendations through in-person presentations or in written format.
  • Interview company employees and observe what is going on in the business to understand what kind of changes to employees, equipment and methods are needed in the company.
  • Conduct or recommend options for employee training, as needed.
  • Gather data and organize information about the problem that has to be solved or a method that has to be improved.
  • Discuss, provide feedback and follow up with management to make sure the recommendations for changes are working.
